**NOTE: this review is ONLY for maintenance. Other aspects are okay-ish, and I plan on editing review to add more on that once I move out. I’ve lived here maybe a year at this point, and there’s been a lot of come and go when it comes to maintenance guys - however, there’s definitely been a HUGE shift in the past months when Montoya came into the picture. He is on top of it, super nice and knowledgeable, and is very hardworking. Maintenance is a huge part of living in an apartment, and he makes that aspect of Allure top tier. Hope he stays for the long run, as he’s a great asset to the community!

That Maintenance guy Montoya deserves a raise- I had an emergency and this dude was there within minutes. You only see this dude working and thats it. Montoya is a great asset. Shoot i just saw him working with a new hire at 9:30 at night. Im pretty sure he will be back at work at 7:30. Hes worth every dollar

I would probably give the complex more like a 3-star due to the office being hard to reach via phone, emails not always answered, communication is sometimes great but sometimes not (ex: the pool has been closed for a few weeks with no email communication), and the lack of parking enforcement (they blame Colorado towing laws, but I'd bet the fire marshal would beg to differ about the cars repeatedly parked in fire lanes). However, the maintenance workers bring the stars up to 4. The maintenance team has changed since I've lived here, but the former crew and current (Montoya) have always been more than competent in fixing any issues I have in my actual unit. The maintenance team is 5 stars, no question. Overall, I like the complex, but it's not without its issues.

Love working with Shaina she’s always so thorough and friendly and professional. Montoya always gets to my maintenance issue right away and fixes things right the first time, haven’t had many issues but he’s always friendly and professional and quick. Only downside here thus far is the kids. My windshield was cracked by a rock thrown at it where a bunch of kids were playing soccer by the pool as well as there are parents who allow their kids to scream like maniacs for hours outside and there’s not really anything you can do about it because it’s not during quiet hours. So trying to enjoy sitting on my porch or having my windows open for fresh air from time to time is not always possible. I can even hear them inside my apartment with all the windows and doors closed. It’s pretty frustrating but other than that, Nice place to live very well maintained.

Majority of this review is geared towards Maitenance at Allure Apartments: I’ve never rented somewhere before where Maitenance is just ON TOP OF IT. We had a few issues - drains needed to be cleared, replaced washer, and replaced microwave. You’d think a community this large would have a team of maintainers managing the needs/requests of so many tenants… it does not. Instead it has a STELLAR 1 man show - Montoya. How quick and efficient he is able to tend to the needs of an entire apartment community, SOLO, blows my mind. Expertly comes in and fixes the problem with an abundance of knowledge, experience, charisma and care. Anything you need, Montoya will take care of you and the problem, efficiently and effectively. Montoya - you deserve to have a supportive team behind you of additional maintainers with a work ethic & personality like yours! Regarding tenancy here: It’s a fantastic place to live. Coming from downtown Denver we were excited to seek peace from the city chaos, and more room for less rent. Allure PROVIDES! Spacious, green scenery perfect for pets and families. A gorgeous maintained pool area. Allure is everything and more we had hoped for making such a big change in neighborhoods. I think the office could improve in timely communication, as it often takes weeks to receive responses via email/phone calls. Typically, it requires an in-office visit to reach someone in a timely manner. Which is hard for us as we travel at weeks at a time for work; largely dependent on email to communicate. Though working with Taylor while in-office has always been very positive - she is eager to understand and help out. We aren’t rooted in places to feel “home”, given our free spirit nature. But Allure is a place we can see ourselves nesting for a good chunk of time to come. So thank you Montoya for your excellence! And we look forward to communication improvements in the future.

Got in at a good deal by some good fortune. First thing though…Shaina who works at the front desk is the best, nicest, and always helpful. Back to review…My last year rent was $2008…with fees like CAM fee, trash, sewer, misc fees, rental insurance, parking permit ($10/month), my payment was around/over $2200/month for a 2bd 2ba. Maintenance was always quick (request through website). The plumbing was weirdly loud whenever toilets would be flushed. Neighbors off the get go had a passive aggressive stance towards parking spots. When it snowed the road was plowed quickly. The pool that is supposedly warm year round isn’t always. The young young girls who work there are clueless…so Shaina or the Manager/Supervisor are who I’d lean towards getting answers. Two times I remember where the water bill went way up I found out the reason through manager that it was due to irrigation done but wasn’t charged till later…and another time the one young girl was certain we’d be charged for moving out early as a military family…I’m not fond of their attitude and cattiness. Overall, the location and with renovated space and appliances, the apartment complex is better than what we’ve looked for around Denver/Aurora and was glad to live there for the two years I did. I’d recommend living in the two story apartment complex side where it’s quieter and less neighbors to deal with vs. the three floor/story side. The parking permit thing was annoying…on one hand good that random people parking was addressed but what sucked is being given an additional fee like, “oh god another fee”. It’s $10 per vehicle…per month… Also the apartment complex has a dog park but not a regular park for kids…good for people with pets but I don’t have any… and it’s only one dog park on the corner end of the complex.

I recently had an occasion to come to allure apartments. My daughter and her wife moved here. These apartments are beautiful. Well kept the grounds are also beautiful. The staff seems to be the best I have dealt with in many years. I’d like to acknowledge Shaina, especially. She has been fantastic throughout this whole moving process. Quite possibly she is one of the best staff members I have ever dealt with. Also, she is such a pleasure always having a beautiful smile and kind words to say. I also had an occasion to speak with Jen, she too is a wonderful person to deal with. I highly recommend this apartment complex.

I've been a resident here since 2007. We had several managers, maintenance changes. Through out the years we had good and bad have been frastrated with some managers and maintenance personnel. Recently the management has changed again (thank to who ever for that).The new manager is a very pleasant lady I belive her name is Jan.She opens the work orders right away,when ever I asked for any kind of service and if not the same day then the next day for sure the issue will be resolved.Special thanks to maintenence guys Juan and Alan for doing their job on time and professionally.Hope we wi'll continue to have them on board.

Shaina was an amazing tour guide today while we viewed a 2/2 and the rest of this apartment community. She was professional, friendly, patient, and gave us plenty of time and space to check things out and ask questions. I left the leasing office feeling informed and inspired, which is a rare gem of apartment touring experience. The ammenities were all functioning, grounds well kept, apartment floor plans were sized well, and terms seemed reasonable for what they were offering me as a prospective tenant. It is with a heavy heart that I leave this review. No, not that it's due to a bad experience but rather the sudden departing from the complex that produces this. You see, I've been a resident for over two years now and I feel like I should try to give an account of how it was like to live here. Management and staff wise, I couldn't say enough about them. Tracy, Corina, Shaina, all these lovely ladies have been welcoming and accommodating to me and my roommates. The maintenance staff is extremely friendly, Mike being the GOAT, though Adam cannot be discounted either. The premise themselves have been... Up and down. The break ins to the mailbox were unfortunately problematic, but I think that management did well in responding by flipping the box inward. Do I feel like cameras could help? Maybe, but a mask, hat, and dark clothing doesn't deter anyone who wants to get in. There are several residents that continuously walk their dogs off leash and more that don't pick up after them so it's like little landmines all in the grass. This is just bad manners, no other fault but that. The apartment was nice, although there were several things like paint drips on the carpet and strips in the bathroom that come up but nothing major. I do wish the insulation was better, but maybe my upstairs neighbors really do tap dance in cement shoes at 3am. I'd live here again if I could, though rent is pricey, which unfortunately is going to bring down the rating. the neighborhood ain't great, but just not worth the asking price for units.

I can’t brag enough about Allure Apartments in Denver, CO! I moved here in March 2023 and have been nothing but impressed. The grounds are clean compared to other apartments, and the maintenance team — which has been just Montoya for a while now, is QUICK to respond to any issues (though they’re few and far between). I’ve only had a handful of work orders since moving in, and every one was handled fast and done right the first time. Since 2023, I’ve lived in three different units here (1-bedroom, then a 2-bedroom with a roommate, now back to a 1-bedroom), and every single one has been amazing. The renovations are beautiful, modern, and thoughtfully done. It really doesn’t feel like “just another Denver apartment complex.” Special shoutouts to the staff: Montoya — the entire maintenance team, a true one-man show. He’s quick, professional, and genuinely cares about what he does. Everything gets fixed right the first time, always with a smile. That’s rare these days. Most places you never even see maintenance working. Not Montoya. Shaina — leasing agent extraordinaire. Always kind, attentive, and willing to listen. She makes the leasing process stress-free and goes above and beyond even after move-in. She truly cares about residents, which is another rarity. The whole team is fantastic, but Montoya and Shaina especially make this community feel like home. Other perks I love: Dog run (good size for my guy, plus a little fountain in the summer) Fully functioning gated access (rare to see gates that actually work) Quiet, peaceful atmosphere — I feel safe walking my dog at night on the grounds. For the price, the quality of life here can’t be beat. After a string of bad experiences at other complexes, this place feels like home. And honestly, if me sticking around through three different units at this property doesn’t speak volumes, I don’t know what will. Huge thanks to the whole team for making Allure such a great community to live in!

I can not brag enough about Allure Apartments in Denver, CO!!! I moved here in March of 2023 and have been nothing but impressed. The grounds are clean compared to other apartments, the maintenance team is QUICK to respond I'm talking same day folx! Not only quick but to be completely honest I've only put in 3 work orders sence moving in and 2 of which were nothing big. Like can we change the way the fridge opens and the other was to turn the gas off to the gas fire place during the summer as it's not needed. The dog run is super cute and has a little water fountain for them to use during the summer. Plenty of parking and the gates! Omg a gated community that actually has working gates!!! Also the price for what you're getting can not be beat in my opinion. Also its very quite and peaceful over here which i was worried about. I feel safe and have no issues or heighten safety concerns while walking my dog. - very dog friendly community and for the most part the owners pick up after their pets. They also have the breezeways powerwashed which i think is great to keep the places lokking great! The apartments have recently been renovated and have been done so beautifully and with care. I am so lucky to have had a coworker recommend them to me. I won't be moving for awhile I absolutely love it here and would recommend 100% thanks for making this apartment such a wonderful experience Allure. The last like 3 complex I have been in have been horrible. Such a nice change. Please keep it up and keep all the wonderful staff you have! it really shows everyone that is apart of this team cares.

Management is great. Moved in last week or so. Approved next day of application, moved in a day or so after that. Apartments are actually renovated (versus some other apartments that may have pictures of being renovated but apartment you get isn’t). Kitchen is spacious. Complex is quiet and clean. Price for apartment is great (varies on volatility of market); we managed to get 1878 for 2b2b. My family and I felt lucky to find this place.

My sister and I as first time renters, genuinely feel like we got lucky finding this place. The homes are updated with really nice floor plans; and both management and maintenance were very kind and helpful when working with them. Tracy, Jesus and Shaina are absolute angels. Very sad leaving this place, we stayed for a couple years and the only downfall was rising rent and a few car break ins/theft (though i have a really easy car to break into). With that being said, with the amazing staff and long list of amenities, you do get what you're paying for.

I absolutely love it here! All of the staff is extremely friendly and cares enough to remember you and have conversations! The front office is super friendly! Shaina and Tracy are the perfect front staff, and every time I have ever had any issues or questions they have gone above and beyond to help me! The maintenance team is also incredible! Every time I have had an issue they have fixed it in less than 24 hours sometimes in less than 5 hours! The location is also great by a Walmart, library, and park! I would recommend this place to everyone!

Lived here last year in a newly renovated 1 bedroom on the first floor. Loved the quality and layout of the apartment. Our first day moving in, the faucet was spitting out water causing a slight flood however the maintenance crew came in to fix it the very next day with a new faucet. The best thing about this apartment complex is the maintenance team. Very quick and thorough. The mailbox was broken into thus causing many residents to pick up the mail at the terrible post office. Luckily I wasn’t one of them so I didn’t have to deal with that fiasco. The gym and pool is cool. Dog park was good too. You’ll find the usual amount of dog waste that isn’t being picked up despite the many emails coming from the community manager. I liked the location since I could walk to Walmart to pick up anything. No issues with move out!

Beautiful apartment complex The complex is very quiet and clean, looks very well maintained. The pricing of the apartments are reasonable for all the amenities and the features the apartments offer, if anything you’re definitely getting your moneys worth. This is a great community to live in! The new management staff is very kind and supportive. I recently had to transfer units and Tatiana, Tracy and Emily made the process simple and quick. They are also very responsive to issues within your personal unit and the overall community. The maintenance/groundskeeping team are professional and friendly. They even helped me out with something as simple as changing the types of light bulbs in the ceiling mounted fixtures so I could have more consistent lighting for my art. I only give it four stars because the only issues I have is the amount of sound that travels between units. It’s not terribly loud but you can sometimes hear people out in the breezeways and in the units next to and below/above you if they’re talking or playing music too loud. It’s not management’s fault it’s just the way the apartments were built. You can also smell cigarette smoke/weed depending on who you live by and above. I don’t believe this is a smoke free community. They also only offer centurylink currently but I have heard they are working to rewire the entire complex to allow us to get better internet. Again the staff here is great and units are nice and I would recommend living here, as a resident for the past 3 years.

Just wanted to post for any of the neighbors here at Allure..... So we have a new management company although I thought previous management was great, the new teams seems just as awesome. I have had to renew my lease since the change which was done online with ease. Then I put in a work order that was handled the same day..... repair itself took a little work but Adam from the maintenance team is a true rock star and didn't stop until it was done. Not to mention he communicated with me directly and let me know his progress and efforts. Its always scary when you have to have actual strangers in your home which we all have to do from time to time if you rent, but is even more stressful right now with COVID and all. But office asked me about my exposure and assured me that anyone in the apartment would be wearing PPE which eased some of the daily anxiety of the times. Anywho just wanted to share that I truly believe we are in good hands guys...... thanks SRG
